How do I manage my transactions?

Transactions appear in 'History', where you can see all transaction details: status, name of the beneficiary/issuer, related activity, payment method, amount and date.


When you select a transaction, additional information shows on the right of your screen. Use this tab to add a client code and write notes. We also recommend that you add attachments to your transactions so you won't have to look for receipts at the end of the month.



The export option is available from the 'History' section. Exporting your transactions history is very useful if you want to perform analyses about your operations.

In 'History', you can filter transactions depending on their payment method, their date, their issuer, etc.



When exporting, you have the choice between downloading all your transactions or only those you've filtered. Also choose to download attachments or not. Click on 'Export' and set your preferences to get your csv/qif file.



You can export three types of files from your Qonto interface:

  • CSV (extended): include all informations related to the transaction
  • CSV (for accounting): only includes date, description and amount. This format is commonly used in accounting softwares and SaaS solutions. (Compatible with Quickbooks)
  • QIF (for accounting): this format is commonly used by accounting solutions such as Xero, Cegid or Sage.

Please note that there's no time limit for exporting your transactions, you can download all your operations since the creation of your account if you want to.
