How long does it take before I receive my Qonto card?

Physicals cards are delivered to the personal address of the cardholder or the company’s head office.

The shipping address is selected by the account administrator during the card creation.

They are received within 5 or 7 working days in Metropolitan France.

If you have not received your card within this period, do not hesitate to contact us.

Note: For security reasons, the card order is validated only when the PIN code is set up by its holder. If you have ordered a card for one of your employees, he will receive an email asking him to set up his Pin code.

Virtual cards are activated as soon as they are created and allow online payments.
