When adding a team member to your Qonto account, you have to set his/her user rights.
There are four types of access permissions:
- The Owner can access all sections and perform any action : invite and revoke members, create a transfer, order and manage cards, etc.
- Admins are granted the same rights than the Owner, except they are unable to close the account
- Members only have access to the information of their cards and to the details of their transactions
- Accountant, have a 'view-only' access to your transaction history.
Good user rights management makes possible an efficient collaboration.
If later on you want to update a user's rights, look for his/her card in the 'Team' section and click on the 'Settings' logo in the upper right corner.
You can then change the role of your teammate.
When upgrading or downgrading a user, a pop-up window appears and requires that you confirm your choice by entering your password.
