What should I do if my PIN code does not work?

You may need to reset your PIN code if a suspicious activity has been reported by your admin, or when a wrong PIN code has been entered three times in a row - afterwards your card is automatically blocked.

If your PIN code doesn't work, go to the 'Cards' section on the left of your Qonto home page. Then select the card that is blocked and click on 'Reset PIN' to define a new PIN code and unblock your card.

Important: You need to make a withdrawal from an ATM in order to activate this new PIN code.
