What should I do if my Qonto card is lost or stolen?

Your Qonto card is lost or stolen?

No worries, you can block it directly from your Qonto account.

In the "Cards" section, select the appropriate card and click on "Report lost / stolen" at the bottom of the right-hand side tab.

Then, select "Report as lost" or "Report as stolen" and enter your password to confirm.

Please be aware that this is an irreversible action that will definitively block your card.



We recommend that you check your recent transactions to make sure that there has been no fraudulent use of your account. If you have any doubt about a transaction, please report it.
