Qonto is all about collaboration!
When it comes to your business finances, there's nothing worse than scattered information and stacks of receipts. Qonto is the team interface you need to manage your money in a much more efficient way.
When you set up your company account, you can invite your teammates on Qonto and create a user account for each of them, with specific access rights.
Each member can have virtual and physical payment cards for more autonomy, while you keep control of your company spending:
- Transactions appear instantly in your history
- You can add attachments to avoid hunting receipts
- Give access to your accountant and make bookkepping easy!
This action is available in the 'Team' section:
- Select 'Invite'
- Fill in the form for your new team member
- Upload his/her ID and proof of address
- Click on 'Add user'.
Your colleague will receive an email inviting him/her to create a user profile.
Then this user will be able to get a payment card and manage his/her expenses.
