Why has my transfer been declined?

If your transfer hasn't been authorised, we advise you to follow these steps:

  • Please check if there's enough money in your balance to process this transfer
  • Make sure that your beneficiary hasn't been removed from the list of your beneficiaries,  visible on the right-hand side of the transfer creation page.
