We ask you to provide a proof of address that is less than three-month old for each legal representative, each ultimate beneficiary and each user.
For instance, for natural persons, you can provide either:
- A utility invoice (e.g. power, water, gaz, internet or landline). Please note that mobile phone invoices are not accepted.
- A certificate of contract holding (from your power provider for example)
- A rent receipt issued by a certified real estate management company
- Your last tax assessment
- A proof of accommodation, along with a copy of your host's valid ID and a proof of his/her address. You'll find an example of proof of accommodation in the attached document.
Important: Your proof of address must be written in French or in English and the scan must be perfectly readable. If the document is blurry or stained, it will be rejected and your registration may be invalidated.
