Before you can activate two-factor authentication (2FA) on your new device, you need to deactivate it from the former one. To do so, you've got two options:
1. If you still have access to your former device:
On the Qonto interface, go to the 'Sign-in & Security' tab and click on 'Deactivate'.
Then open your two-factor authentication application on your old phone or tablet, and enter the six-digit confirmation code on the interface, before to click on 'Deactivate 2FA'.
2. You don't have access to your former device anymore:
You can use the recovery key you got when you first activated 2FA.
This key is composed of 10 alphanumeric characters, separated by a dash.
Once you've done that, you can activate two-factor authentication on your new device, following this process.
