This document mentions the shareholders, the number of shares they hold and the total amount they have to transfer as part of the initial capital increase.
You need to attach this document, signed by each shareholder, to the final by-laws.
Please note that you always have to provide the list of subscribers, regardless of the legal form of your company and even if there's only one shareholder.
