How is the access to my account secured?

Qonto requires two-factor authentication with the use of a one-time password for all users (regardless of their permissions) for critical actions such as addition of a beneficiary or creation of a new card.

Two-factor authentication setup is mandatory and can be done from the user profile page (more info here) or when executing a critical action for the first time.

For non-critical actions, a high-security password chosen by the user is required.
