How to cancel a transfer request ?

For Premium plan users, our Requests feature allows team members to initiate transfer requests on behalf of an admin, who are notified and can approve or reject a demand in just a few clicks.

This feature allows managers to stay in control of their company finances while giving more freedom to their team.

Pending transfer requests can be cancelled by the person who initiated them, in case of an error or change of plan, by clicking the “Cancel request” button at the bottom of the transaction details panel.


However, once an admin has approved a transfer request, the transfer has been initiated and can no longer be canceled.
