Most of the time, a solution is found by our agents. But if you are still not satisfied with the result of your claim, you can file a complaint online or by mail.

To file a claim online, simply fill out this form.
By post, you must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (or equivalent) to the following address: Qonto, Service Réclamations, 20b Rue La Fayette, 75009 Paris.
We'll keep you updated within 24 hours once your claim has been received.
Your complaint will then be processed by the appropriate department within an average of 5 working days. The maximum time limit for processing a claim is 7 weeks (in accordance with the provisions of the French Monetary and Financial Code).
